The equipment is of the finest quality - no imitation, but real wood and real stones.
The wine was served much too warm and the food was nice but bland.

Absolutely everything!!! Breakfast was a dream, meals are absolutely great (lots of greetings to Mr. M. Alloys); by the personal greeting of the hotel director the stay gets a private note.... Very nice in our always impersonal world ....Very nice idea with the parking check in, the skiroom in summer also was very practical...

We had an amazing experience staying at this place. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the ski run back into town and only a minute walk to the main ski lift. Our room was huge and the bath and shower were great. The hotel had a lovely pool and spa area, perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes. The staff treated us like family and were dedicated to our wellbeing and safety.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lift, making it a great base for skiing. the room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space for our ski equipment. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The bar staff could be a bit stuffy at times, which was disappointing. the balcony didn't quite have the finish we were expecting, and could use some improvement.

Room was clean and had plenty of space for our gear. The location was great, just a few steps from the ski lift. Dinner was delicious and staff were friendly.
The bar staff were a bit rude, refusing to serve certain drinks. The smoking area was uncomfortable for non-smokers like us, and we had trouble finding a place to sit and relax without being exposed to smoke.

the location was perfect as it was right next to the Silvretta gondola, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes in no time. Plus, being in the center of town allowed us to explore the local shops and restaurants easily. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities we needed. the staff was hospitable and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and took advantage of the well-equipped spa and pool area. the hotel also had a great ski boot room for our equipment. the only downside was the limited bar selection in the evening.
